We may also use the information to contact members and/or prospects to further discuss their interest in our organisation and services we provide, ways we can improve, and to send information such as announcements of promotions and events regarding eMERG or our Partners. Updating Your Details With eMERG: If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our services, or wish to discontinue communication, you may correct, update, or express removal of your information by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

eMERG has partnerships with government bodies, PSUs, non-profits and/or individuals (Partners). These relationships help extend the eMERG services by allowing eMERG to exchange member data with Partners and to establish beneficial processes between the two. eMERG and its Partners may share member contact, and business data with respect to their relationship with the member. The sharing of this information allows eMERG and the assigned Partner to establish the identity of the shared member and determine common interests among the members and participating organisations. This sharing also allows the Partner to provide services to the shared member and allows for the enhanced functionality of the common services. Shared contact, and business data is governed by eMERG MOUs/agreements.
eMERG uses third-party intermediaries to manage credit card processing and are solely links in the distribution chain. They are not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide information on an eMERG website, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor does eMERG share any personally identifiable member information with these parties.
